Crystal C. • August 15, 2012Great, friendly staff! Grab a mat, make sure you get at least 3 different kettlebell weights, and sit facing an AC vent! Go at your own pace, start with the heavier kettlebell and work your way down.

Meredith B. • May 21, 2017Non-members can take select classes. Grab multiple towels before going into the studio - it's heated to about 90 degrees on top of a killer workout. They also have great smoothies made to order!
